At Care Nail Studio, we’re here to give you the best experience possible—and that starts with smooth scheduling and respectful timing. Please take a moment to review our quick studio policies:
• We work exclusively on natural nails—no extensions or tips.
• First-time guests must arrive with bare nails for a proper start.
• Please come solo—no extra guests or children during services.
• A 10-minute grace period is given. After that, your appointment may be canceled.
• Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the booked service.
• Repairs:
Within 72 hrs: Free fix if reported and booked within that window.
After 72 hrs: Paid repair available if set is under 4 weeks old and minor.
